Welcome to CEC:  thank you very much for visiting and I hope that you find our website helpful and informative. I must express, however, it is only a website and it is no substitute for our lively, loving and wonderful environment we provide. I hope, nevertheless, that it will give you a sense of what we are about and what our visions are.

The UK education system has a reputation for being one of the best in the world, where various countries around the world have applied and implemented its system. Many of the independent day and boarding schools in the UK have been recognised as among the best in the world, not to mention numerous world’s top universities. Qualifications achieved in the UK are therefore distinguished and valued all over the world.

However, despite these accolades, the education system including its curriculum is ever-changing, making it difficult for even the most experienced teachers to keep up to date. With years of knowledge and experience, we pride in ourselves in following these changing trends and have designed our teachings specifically to meet the requirements of any exam boards and universities, so that you, as parents can be assured of your children’s education and career.

Our aim and the key to our philosophy is that happiness leads to success. A CEC education is about more than academic excellence and the opportunities provided by our programmes: it is also about the values we hold dear and which our students demonstrate. We expect our students, as they become young women and young men, to go out into the world with the knowledge and skills to succeed at university and beyond, to be kind, patient and open-minded, embracing all that life has to offer with passion, commitment and integrity, and with a broad range of interests to enrich their lives, with a sense of duty to society.
